3. Age Restriction — 18+ Only

Violation of these acceptable use rules may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and, where required by law, referral to the appropriate authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the SaskatoonChoice brand name and logo, the COLUMN BOOST game title, game mechanic design and rules, game symbols (where original), UI layouts, CSS stylesheets, PHP code, copy, and graphical assets — is the exclusive property of SaskatoonChoice or its licensed content partners, and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our express prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SASKAATOONCHOICE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Any warranty that defects in the Platform will be corrected.
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW, SASKATOONCHOICE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Because SaskatoonChoice is a free platform providing no financial services and handling no real money or personal financial data, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed CAD $100. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which any claim is based.
9. Privacy and Cookies
Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar browser storage technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data practices described in those documents.
In summary: we collect minimal technical data, do not collect financial or identity data, do not sell your data, and do not use advertising cookies without your explicit consent via the cookie banner on each visit.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the matter informally. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice on the Site. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
